Step 1 : Download iFunBox Which is free Links Given Below
Step 2 : extract iFunBox zip file on Desktop.
Step 3 : Connect your Jailbroken Devices on your computer.
Step 4 : Run iFunBox as administrator
Step 5 : Select your device from the left side menu
Step 6 : Click on Cydia APP Install
Step 7 : Now just Drop&Drag your DEB file into the Right Windows of iFunBox
Step 8 : Reboot your device twice (Very IMPORTANT) this is a must to do if you want your app to run correctly
